What if I do not have a CV yet?
No problem. During the order process you can type your work history, job descriptions, dates, qualifications, skills and any other information you would like included.
Can I choose the colours?
Yes. You can choose up to three preferred colours and a general style such as corporate, modern, minimal, elegant or bold.
Do I have to include a photo?
No. A photo is optional, but a suitable professional photo can help a CV stand out and create a polished first impression. If your photo is not the best quality, do not worry — you can choose to have it professionally enhanced to look clearer and more polished, or we can use it exactly as supplied.
Can I send certificates and reference letters?
Yes. Supporting documents can help us identify qualifications, dates, achievements and relevant information that should be reflected accurately on your CV.
How long will my CV take?
Your completed CV will normally be delivered within approximately 3–4 business days after successful payment and once we have received all the information and documents needed to complete it. Weekends and South African public holidays are not counted as business days.
What format will I receive?
Your completed CV is supplied as a high-quality PDF designed to preserve the intended layout and presentation.
How do the free revisions work?
Reasonable revision requests are free when submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your completed CV. Requests after that period may be quoted separately.
What happens to my CV and personal documents afterwards?
Your files are kept private, are not intentionally made publicly accessible, and are used only to complete your order. Working CV files and detailed career information are scheduled for deletion from active working storage within 30 days after the 7-day revision period ends, unless there is a lawful reason to retain something longer.
